Cancellation Policy
This free consultation is designed for clients interested in commissioning a custom origami bonsai tree or other fine origami art, as well as those looking to personalize an existing bonsai design. Sessions are available by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance through my website. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance—repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to future consultations. During our session, we will discuss artistic vision, color choices, and design specifics. While I will provide pricing estimates, final costs will depend on materials, complexity, and production time. Booking a consultation does not require a purchase, but please keep in mind that this service is intended for serious inquiries. After our discussion, I will provide an estimated timeline for the creation process, and follow-up communication will be available via email if needed.
